Applicants must submit with their application for admission to the college:

education documents (original);
a medical certificate in the form No. 075-U with a fluorophotograph attached (for disabled people of groups 1 and 2 and disabled since childhood, the conclusion of a medical and social examination);
vaccination card;
a copy of an identity card or birth certificate;
four photographs 3 x 4 in size;
Documents proving the identity of the applicant are presented personally, by parents or legal representatives.
